Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Professional Card at age 17. Thus becoming one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards every year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She came in third at the contest. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than proud of her placing. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm using a pull-up machine, and seated rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
